Mr. Giuffra’s trial and appellate practice in New York and Federal courts specializes in the areas of general liability insurance, all forms of personal injury, including construction and labor law, premises liability, automobile, products liability, insurance law, to include insurance coverage disputes and bad faith, and admiralty law.
